Medical Insurance Coverage

  • Medical insurance (PPO coverage) is available to regular full time employees.  Employer pays 80% of medical insurance cost.
  • Medical Plan is effective after 60 days of employment.

Prescription Drug Coverage

  • Prescription drug coverage is available to employees who elect medical coverage.
  • Prescription Plan is effective after 60 days of employment.

Vision Insurance Coverage

  • Optional Vision insurance is available to regular full time employees and dependents.  Employer will pay 50% of employee coverage.  Employee pays 100% of dependent coverage.
  • Effective after 60 days of employment.

Dental Insurance Coverage

  • Optional Dental insurance is available to regular full time employees and dependents.  Employer will pay 50% of employee coverage.  Employee pays 100% of dependent coverage.
  • Effective after 60 days of employment.

Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and for child care expenses.
  • Effective after 60 days of employment.

Life Insurance - $30,000 Coverage

  • Employer paid life insurance is provided for all regular full time employees.
  • Life Insurance is effective after 60 days of employment.

401(k) Plan

  • Eligible employees can participate in the 401(k) Plan after completing one year of service. 100% vested immediately upon joining. You may rollover funds from other 401(k) plans.
  • 401K is effective after 90 days of employment.

Paid Time Off

  • Regular Full-time employees earn paid time off at the rate of 10 days a year. Paid time off days are accrued depending on date of hire.
  • Available after completion of probationary period

Holiday Pay

  • Regular full-time administrative employees will receive 8 holidays per calendar year including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
