Class A CDL Truck Driver with X Endorsement

Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 75 years in the industry, is currently hiring for a Class A CDL driver with X endorsement. · Responsibilities include loading and unloading product with the use of the truck's transfer pump; knowledge of all applicable DOT rules and regulations, and all job related company, local, state and federal requirements; to maintain accurate driving log books, pre-trip/post-trip inspections; to adhere to company policies and work requirements; performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor. · Training provided by company. · Load at company yard or refinery terminal. · Unload at customer locations such as: Convenience stores, trucking companies, oilfield locations, drillings rigs, railroad yards, etc. Three years driving experience required (one of the year’s must be driving a tanker), strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work rotating schedule, must be at least 23 years of age, able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, sit for long periods of time indoors or outdoors. Responsibilities include · Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner · Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices · Pay any debt as it comes due for payment · Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants · Issue invoices to customers · Collect sales taxes from customers and remit them to the government · Ensure that receivables are collected promptly · Record cash receipts and make bank deposits · Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account · Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy · Maintain the petty cash fund · Issue financial statements · Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements · Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit · Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements · Maintain an orderly accounting filing system 5 Years’ experience is required Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. The Sales Representative will be the point of contact for our customers at the job site and in local & regional offices. The position will be accountable for delivering specific sales objectives that are consistent with the overall goals. Position is responsible for servicing existing and recruiting new customers to continually expand Arguindegui Oil Company. Duties & Responsibilities · Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and RFP responses for potential fuel/lube customers. · Assist with contract approval and execution. · Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. · Responsible for continued sales growth by seeking innovative ways to acquire new customers · Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by: · Develop technical presentations for potential customers. · Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations. · Annual goals will be developed. · Target number for new customers · Quarterly/annual business plan looking at fuel/lube volume goals, net profits, and budgets. · Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment. · Monthly follow-up with business contacts. Qualifications Must possess strong sales skills, analytical mind-set, and judgement skills. Works well in a team environment, computer knowledge, and have excellent customer relation skills.
