Fleet Manager

San Antonio, Texas

Ideal candidate is responsible for the selection of appropriate vehicles, maintaining them, and making sure that they are in good shape to carry out their functions. Decide the vehicles to be bought and how they are to be equipped. Oversee the sale and/or auction of used vehicles as at when due. Regularly report expenses and performances of the fleet to the management of the company. Draw up a budget for the company’s fleet management department and present it to management for further analysis and approval. Ensure compliance of the company with government regulations that have to do with the transportation industry. Take preventive measure to ensure safety of vehicles and drivers too. Make sure vehicles are always ready and available to meet orders by scheduling and monitoring current trends in the industry, so as to enable forecasts. Make sure that all vehicles are properly registered; carry out inspection on regular basis. Take part in different workshops and/or programs to keep up with new trend in the industry. Monitor fuel purchases by administering fuel cards for all vehicles to their respective drivers. This is done in order to regulate costs/expenses. Will oversee the daily activities of running the facility to make sure it runs efficient and the facility is profitable. Will be responsible for coaching and building the office staff at the facility and make sure all process and procedures are followed daily. Assists with fleet of company trucks to maximize logistic efficiencies. Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Safety Trainer

Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring safety regulations. The essential aim of their job is to minimize occupational injuries and accidents. Provide employees with regular safety training to ensure that they are fully aware of safety standards. The Safety Trainer will also inspect and recommend the replacement of safety equipment. Conduct walk throughs and formal audits to evaluate safety policies. Travel is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must. Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 75 years in the industry, is currently hiring for a Class B driver with X endorsement. · Responsibilities include loading and unloading product with the use of the truck's transfer pump; knowledge of all applicable DOT rules and regulations, and all job-related company, local, state and federal requirements; to maintain accurate driving log books, pre-trip/post-trip inspections; to adhere to company policies and work requirements; performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor. · Training provided by the company. · Load at company yard or refinery terminal. · Unload at customer locations such as Convenience stores, trucking companies, oilfield locations, drillings rigs, railroad yards, etc. Three years driving experience required (one of the years must be driving a tanker), strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work rotating schedule, must be at least 23 years of age, able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, sit for long periods of time indoors or outdoors. Customer Service Representative

Deal directly with customers either by the telephone, electronically or face to face. Provide pricing and delivery information. Respond promptly to customer inquires. Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames. Determines and prioritizes customer deliveries. Investigate and resolve customer services matters. Provide advise and consult with management regarding customers issues or concerns. Maintain product codes in MAS 200 required. Send customers confirmations on all orders.
