Dispatcher

Responsibilities include: Deal directly with customers either by the telephone, electronically or face to face. Provide pricing and delivery information. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames. Determines and prioritizes customer deliveries. Investigate and resolve customer services matters. Provide advice and consult with management regarding customers issues or concerns. Maintain product codes in MAS 200 required. Send customers confirmations on all orders. Assist with FFS customer business as needed. Monitor customer ordering habits and maintain customer communications based on that info. Anything that is assigned by immediate supervisor. The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up or deliver loads to customers and vendors. Keeping accurate records for the terminal, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations. The dispatcher will also help load and unload fuel trucks, maintain equipment in terminal yard assist in other areas assign by Terminal Manager that will include lifting, bending, or standing for long periods of time. Candidates must have excellent communication and office skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have experience with office equipment including copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Dispatching experience in the transportation industry preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a rotating schedule. Oilfield dispatching experience 2-3 years min DOT rules knowledge Computer literate Good communications skills Forklift driving experience Flexible schedule and on call rotation Valid driver’s license.
