A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
This company was built on strong relationships: with our customers, our team, and the communities we serve. That hasn’t changed. What is changing now is how clearly we define who we are, how we work, and where we are headed.
My great-grandfather started this business over 80 years ago with a strong work ethic, a deep sense of service, and a commitment to doing right by people. Every generation since has built on that foundation. Now it is our turn, and I carry that responsibility with pride and purpose.
We’re here to build extraordinary lives by serving others with excellence. That purpose shows up in how we treat our customers, how we support each other, and how we show up every day, especially when it’s hard.
As the fourth-generation leader of ARG Petro, my job is to put the right people in the right roles, give them the tools and clarity they need to succeed, and then step back so they can lead, grow, and thrive.
I believe that when we stay focused on winning by building a strong culture, creating an energized and fulfilled team, and increasing shareholder value, success becomes inevitable. Not because it is guaranteed, but because we are doing the right things day after day. That is what I call certainty beyond logic. It is not blind faith; it is discipline, clarity, and commitment, even when the path ahead is not always obvious.
