Medical Insurance Coverage

Medical Insurance Coverage

Regular full-time employees are eligible for PPO medical insurance, with ARG Petro covering 80% of the premium cost. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Prescription Drug Coverage

Prescription Drug Coverage

Employees who enroll in medical coverage also receive prescription drug benefits. The prescription plan becomes effective after 60 days of employment.

Vision Insurance Coverage

Vision Insurance Coverage

Optional vision insurance is available to regular full-time employees and their dependents. The company covers 50% of the employee premium, while dependents are covered at the employee’s expense. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Dental Insurance Coverage

Dental Insurance Coverage

Optional dental insurance is offered to regular full-time employees and their dependents. Arguindegui Oil covers 50% of the employee premium, with dependent coverage paid by the employee. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Flexible Spending Account

Flexible Spending Account

Regular full-time employees can enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and child care expenses. Participation is available after 60 days of employment.

Life Insurance Coverage - $30,000 Coverage

Life Insurance Coverage - $30,000 Coverage

Employer-paid life insurance is provided to all regular full-time employees at no cost. Coverage becomes effective after 60 days of employment.

401 (K) Plan

401 (K) Plan

Eligible employees can join the 401(k) Plan after 90 days of employment and one year of service, with immediate 100% vesting upon enrollment. Rollovers from other 401(k) plans are accepted.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off

Regular full-time employees earn 10 days of paid time off per year, with accrual beginning based on their hire date. PTO becomes available after completing the probationary period.

Holiday Pay

Holiday Pay

Regular full-time administrative employees receive 9 paid holidays each calendar year, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Floating Holiday

Floating Holiday

Regular full-time employees are eligible for one floating holiday per calendar year. This day may be used at the employee’s discretion with prior approval from their supervisor.
