We are proud to announce the addition of Joshua Harrison as our new Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him more than two decades of proven leadership in business development, operations, and strategy.
A Proven Leader in Growth and Operations
Josh joins ARG Petro after serving as Director of Business Development at Oso Perforating, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s market presence across the U.S. and Canada. His work included close collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to strengthen processes, improve safety, and ensure efficiency during product rollouts.
Known for his ability to bridge sales with operations, Josh has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar projects while building strong, lasting client relationships. He has also designed and implemented training programs that elevated consistency and performance in the field. His ability to align people, processes, and innovation makes him a natural fit for ARG Petro’s mission and culture.
An Entrepreneurial and Innovative Mindset
In addition to his corporate leadership, Josh brings hands-on experience in real estate investment, small business startups, and fundraising. His entrepreneurial approach allows him to view challenges from multiple angles and apply innovative strategies to streamline operations and drive sustainable growth.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Lubbock Christian University in 2005, following his early studies at Abilene Christian University. His dedication extends beyond business, serving as an active board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and contributing his time to faith-driven service.
Family, Community, and Personal Passions
Outside of work, Josh is deeply committed to his family and community. He enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and sharing quality time with his wife, Abbie, and their three sons.
