The Washington’s Birthday Celebration (WBCA), held annually in Laredo, Texas, is the largest celebration of its kind in the United States with half a million people in attendance each year.
One of the most popular of the 27 events is the Taste of Laredo. This food expo brings together restaurants from Laredo and surrounding areas and offers delightful border confections to record crowds every year. This year’s event was held Thursday, February 6, 2014 at the Laredo Energy Arena in Laredo, TX.
Los Toritos Cocina, the hot food division of Arguindegui Pump N Shop, participated for the first time this year. WBCA released the winners for this year’s best tasting booth and best decorated booth.
